Ethnik Living is seeking a Creative Strategist to own paid media creative strategy, discover new customer personas, and build a consistent pipeline of ads that profitably acquire customers.

As a furniture and home decor brand, you will turn customer insights and performance data into messages, video concepts, and static ads, leading sprints with our Graphic Designer and Marketing Manager. You will write, interpret results, and provide clear direction to move work forward independently.

Formación

• 3+ years in creative strategy or related field at a DTC brand or agency.
• A portfolio of paid ads you personally helped develop, with a clear explanation of your contribution, the hypothesis, the results, and what you learned.
• Strong working knowledge of Meta advertising, UGC, and the creative conventions of short-form video platforms.
• Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills, including the ability to develop both short-form hooks and longer narratives.
• Confidence reading Ads Manager and creative analytics reports, connecting performance patterns to actionable briefs and tests.

Responsabilidades

• Own customer research and messaging, build personas and journey messaging, and study competitors to identify opportunities.
• Develop fresh concepts across video, UGC, founder content, testimonials, product demos, static ads, carousels, and animation.
• Write direct-response hooks, scripts, voiceovers, headlines, captions, and calls to action.
• Lead weekly creative reviews; guide designers and editors; manage production sprints and results-driven briefs.
• Analyze creative results by concept/angle/format and recommend actions based on acquisition metrics.
