SoftwareOne is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner & Country Leader for an 8-month maternity leave cover in Madrid. The role is hybrid with full-time hours, focusing on strategic HR partnership and employee engagement across Iberia.

You will advise on performance management, talent development, compliance, and organizational development, collaborating with leaders and cross-functional teams to drive business success.

Formación

• Proven HR Business Partner experience in multinational settings.
• Strong focus on employee experience and people-centric initiatives.
• Knowledge of Spanish labor legislation and compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive employee engagement and retention through people strategies and feedback analysis.
• Guide performance management with data-driven insights and workforce planning.
• Develop talent pipelines and succession planning with learning initiatives.
• Support organizational design and restructuring to improve efficiency.
• Advise on compensation, benefits, and internal equity in line with policy.
• Lead country-specific HR matters, including labour law compliance and negotiations.
• Collaborate with P&C Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Centers of Excellence.
