Job summary

Silimed in Madrid, Spain, is seeking a People & Operations Coordinator to support HR operations across the EMEA region. The role focuses on onboarding coordination, employee administration, and KPI tracking to enable scalable growth.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in HR operations within international, multicultural settings, with strong data mindset and proactive problem-solving. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is a plus. This is a hybrid position in Madrid.

Qualifications

• Multi-Country European HR experience across multiple countries.
• 8+ years of HR operations coordination experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a strong asset.
• Experience with remote teams and EOR models.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle HR activities across EMEA.
• Maintain dashboards tracking KPIs and OKRs.
• Coordinate onboarding, payroll/EOR, and employee administration.
• Support regional leads and align with corporate guidelines.
