Job summary

Planet Planet is looking for a People Partner in Madrid to act as a strategic internal partner to managers and employees. You will advise, coach and support them in line with our software and payments solutions focus.

You will build trusted relationships, support the full employee life cycle, and help implement HR initiatives while aligning with local legal requirements. We operate a hybrid model with three days in the office, and we value diversity and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5 years of proven experience as an HR administrator or generalist
• Solid knowledge of local labour law and employment practices
• Experience with HRIS / ATS
• Previous experience with Workday is a plus
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Attention to detail and critical thinking
• Organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Proactive and creative, keen to propose solutions
• Team player

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with managers and employees and act as a sparring partner on HR matters.
• Support employees throughout the entire employee life cycle.
• Develop and implement HR initiatives and systems.
• Implement global and central HR measures locally, in line with local legal and contractual requirements.
• Communicate HR processes clearly, ensure understanding and application.
• Handle disciplinary and employee relations matters, such as warnings and redundancies.
• Collaborate with local HR teams, Global HR and central HR Services.
