Stone Island is seeking a 30h part-time Client Advisor for our store in La Roca Village, Barcelona. You will embody the brand through professional presence, refined communication, and a passion for exceptional client experiences, guiding customers through heritage and collections.

Collaborate with the boutique team to meet personal targets, maintain high service standards, and support inventory and stock management. Fluency in Italian and English is required; other languages are a plus.

Formación

• 2–5 years of experience in sales roles, luxury/retail preferred.
• International mindset and ability to work with diverse clientele.
• Passion for retail with strong client orientation and commercial drive.
• Excellent understanding of the luxury market.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver an exceptional client experience and build lasting relationships through clienteling and after-sales activities.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store performance.
• Support Visual Merchandising standards, stock replenishment, and collaboration with VM team.
• Contribute to inventory preparation and execution.
• Collaborate with colleagues with positive energy and strong team spirit.
