Logwin is seeking an Outdoor Sales Executive in Madrid to drive growth by acquiring high-value freight customers and expanding key relationships across air, ocean, and solutions services.

You will visit on-site, lead commercial negotiations, and collaborate with operations and product teams to translate client needs into scalable logistics solutions that boost customer satisfaction and revenue.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in sales or business development within air & sea logistics.
• Completed commercial or logistics-related education.
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Organizational strength and negotiation confidence.
• Familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools, and CargoWise.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
