UPS Coslada is seeking a Team Leader to guide the daily activity of the team, coach colleagues, and raise service standards. You will identify talent, oversee training, and ensure customer focus.

You will monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, coordinate cross‑functional projects, and plan resources for peak periods. The role is on site with hours 13:30–22:30, with occasional travel.

Formación

• A Higher Vocational Training qualification or university degree is essential.
• Advanced English proficiency is essential.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Experience in operations and people management is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach the team to meet service standards and KPIs.
• Identify and develop potential talent within the team.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer service excellence.
• Monitor service KPIs daily and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure successful project execution.
• Plan resources for holidays and peak periods and adjust as needed.
• Provide support with operational activities when necessary.
