• Proven leadership in aviation/HEMS or complex operations.
• Strong knowledge of EASA/AESA regulations and aviation compliance.
• Experience managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organization skills.
• Fluent Spanish and professional English; Catalan or French a plus.

SAF Helicópteros España, part of the international SAF Aerogroup, is expanding its operations in Spain and is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the deployment of one of the country's most significant HEMS (Helicopter Emergency Medical Services) contracts.

Your Mission

As Operations Manager, you will lead the implementation and operational management of our HEMS activities across Catalonia and Navarra, ensuring the successful launch of multiple operational bases while driving future business growth throughout Spain.

• Fluent Spanish and professional English (Catalan is a strong advantage; French is a plus)
