Anonymous Organization in Spain is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations across multiple sites, ensuring efficiency, safety, and performance. The role links plants, warehouses and fleet, coordinating between sites to support growth and the integration of acquisitions.

You will drive standardisation, develop processes and monitor KPIs, reporting to the Country Manager on priorities and risks.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years in industrial or operational management.
  • Experience in process optimisation and continuous improvement.
  • Hands-on mindset with business perspective and execution.
  • Experience negotiating with suppliers.
  • Knowledge of fleet management and transport operations.
  • Experience integrating acquisitions or new sites.
  • Willingness to travel across Spain.
  • Fluent English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage day-to-day operations across multiple sites in Spain, ensuring efficiency, coordination and achievement of operational objectives.
  • Maintain a regular presence at plants and warehouses, working closely with site managers and operational teams, understanding day-to-day needs and ensuring agile and effective operational management.
  • Design and continuously improve the industrial organisation of our operations in Spain, optimising processes, workflows, resources and site structure.
  • Coordinate logistics and operational flows between warehouses and sites, ensuring the efficient movement of materials and resources.
  • Play an active role in the assessment, planning and integration of new acquisitions, ensuring their effective integration into the company's operational structure, processes and standards.
  • Manage and negotiate with operational suppliers, ensuring the right balance between quality, service, reliability and cost efficiency.
  • Supervise fleet management, optimising utilisation, performance and costs.
  • Monitor operational KPIs, identify deviations and lead corrective actions to improve site performance.
  • Work closely with Site and Warehouse Managers, providing operational direction, coaching and practical solutions to day-to-day challenges.
  • Drive continuous improvement across plants and warehouses, focusing on efficiency, productivity, standardisation and scalability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across all operational sites.
  • Report directly to the Country Manager, providing clear visibility on operational performance, priorities, risks and improvement projects.

We are a European leader in a specialised, sustainability-driven industrial sector, active across multiple countries. We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead our operations in Spain, ensure efficient day-to-day performance and actively contribute to the continued growth and expansion of the business. This role will have direct responsibility for our operational sites, industrial organisation, coordination between warehouses, fleet and supplier management, and the operational integration of new acquisitions. It is a highly hands-on position, working closely with our plants, warehouses and operational teams.

What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial or operational management, ideally within a multi-site environment.
  • Experience in industrial organisation, process optimisation and continuous improvement.
  • A strong hands-on operational mindset, with the ability to combine a broader business perspective with effective execution.
  • Experience managing and negotiating with suppliers.
  • Solid understanding of fleet management and transport operations.
  • Experience in the integration of acquisitions, new sites or operational transformation projects would be a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Spain is essential.
  • Fluent English and Spanish are mandatory.
