Airbus Helicopters España, SA is seeking an Avionics Project Manager for the Spanish Variant, responsible for executing NH90 avionics activities and managing avionics-related tasks across the program.

The role requires a strong systems engineering background, experience with agile methods (Scrum/SAFe), and the ability to coordinate with CE Project Managers, Q/C, and stakeholders, including security clearance.

Formación

• Academic studies in Aerospace Engineering, Telecommunications, Informatics, Electrical Engineering or similar.
• Comprehensive experience in the design, development, engineering and/or integration of systems for aircraft.
• Previous experience in systems engineering, requirements engineering and integration in avionics is highly beneficial.
• A previous experience with agile methodology (Scrum, SAFe)
• Team Spirit, good communication skills and experience in stakeholder management.
• Language skills: Spanish and English business fluent / negotiation level, knowledge of German or French would be an advantage.
• This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.

Responsabilidades

• Supports the CE Project Managers involved in the in the definition and execution of avionic projects
• Establishes, pursues and maintains project schedules, WPSs/XWSs, risk log and EVM in line with the scope, master schedule and cost constraints of the overlying project
• Contributes to / prepares the avionic part (in coordination with CE Project Manager System Integration) of the Development Project Definition (DPD).
• Regularly monitors the progress, activities backlog, risks and opportunities
• Defines the avionic qualification logic with the relevant stakeholders (e.g. Q/C, system architect, NHI)
• Coordinates and monitors the qualification process in close cooperation with Q/C and affected APMs
• Performs Quality Gates (QG)
• Supports configuration management
• Provides avionic configurations on H/C level for integration and qualification activities
• Supports the CE Project Manager System Integration and Program Manager including support to customer meetings
• Coordinates his/her sub-tasks with Equipment, System/SW and other Variant APMs as appropriate, sharing (common) project schedules, WPSs/XWSs, risk log, action lists, EVM, etc.
• Provides regular reporting to HO Avionic MAS and CE Project Manager System Integration.

The jobholder will take over the Role of Avionics Project Manager for Spanish Variant, responsible for the execution of the Spanish NH90 Avionics related activities covering all the activities required for Avionics Project Management

Job Description:

The jobholder will take over the Role of Avionics Project Manager for Spanish Variant, responsible for the execution of the Spanish NH90 Avionics related activities covering all the activities required for Avionics Project Management activities in Spanish NH90, including the following main tasks:

• Supports the CE Project Managers involved in the in the definition and execution of avionic projects
