Avincis is a leading Emergency Aerial Service operator recruiting HEMS Captains for bases across Castilla y León, Spain. The role offers meaningful missions and a supportive, mission-driven team culture. Type rating is provided to successful candidates.

Candidates must have EASA ATPL H or CPL H, EASA medical certificate level 1, and significant PIC hours; Spanish and English proficiency at level 4 are required. This is a full-time position with opportunities to grow within a global EMS leader.

Formación

• Language proficiency: Spanish level 4 and English level 4.
• EASA medical certificate – level 1 is required.
• ATPL H or CPL H (ATPL H / IR frozen acceptable for CPL H).
• 1000 flying hours as PIC of aircraft; 500+ PIC hours in helicopters; 500+ hours in HEMS operations.

Responsabilidades

• Fly as HEMS Captain across bases in Castilla y León, Spain.
• Operate missions safely and efficiently in emergency air services.
• Maintain high safety standards and coordinate with ground teams.

About you

The successful candidate must satisfy the following contract minimum qualifications and experience:

• Language profiency level 4 in Spanish
• Language profiency level 4 in English.
• EASA medical certificate – level 1.
• EASA ATPL H or CPL H
• + 1.000 flying hours as pilot in command of aircraft
• + 500 hours as pilot in command in helicopters
• + 500 hours in HEMS operations

Requierements to be assessed:

• ATPL H / IR or ATPL H /IR frozen (in case of CPL H)
• EC135 rated
• MCC
• Experienced in MP operations
