Sanoptis is seeking an Operations Manager for Barcelona to translate strategy into on-site execution, improve diagnostics and patient routing workflows, and drive cross-location efficiency. You will partner with clinic managers, doctors, and the Commercial Director to ensure measurable impact.
The role requires experience in demanding environments, a Business Administration degree (healthcare economics preferred), and readiness to work across multiple locations in Spain.

You will work closely with the local clinic teams and clinic management, our shareholding doctors. During onboarding, you will spend several days learning the model directly inside our German Sanoptis clinics.
Relevant professional experience in a demanding environment, e.g. in strategy consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG or similar) or in comparably fast-paced companies.
A degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on healthcare economics or comparable;
experience in the healthcare sector is a plus but not essential.
Practical operational experience paired with an entrepreneurial mindset and a real talent for solving complex problems.
Proven ability to excel in a dynamic environment and to produce and communicate business and financial analyses at executive level.
The flexibility and drive to work across different locations.
Native Spanish (C2) and business-fluent English (C1 or above) – you will learn the model inside our German clinics and report back in English.
