Mayna, a residential brand under Novo Invest based in Barcelona, seeks a Community & Operations Coordinator to oversee daily property operations, engage with tenants from leasing to move-out, and uphold premium service standards.

You will coordinate with maintenance teams, document processes, and contribute ideas to improve the resident experience. Fluent English and Spanish, a Bachelor's, and 3+ years in hospitality or similar fields are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of professional experience.
• Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Hospitality, property management, or related customer-facing experience is a plus.

We are committed to operational excellence and building meaningful relationships with our residents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of our residential properties with care and professionalism
• Act as the primary point of contact for tenants from leasing through to move-out
• Build lasting relationships with residents to deliver outstanding service and foster trust
• Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers (maintenance, cleaning, etc.)
• Monitor, escal… and resolve operational issues in a timely, organised manner
• Maintain accurate records, operational documentation, and internal systems
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve processes and enhance the tenant experience

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree is required; a background in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field will be considered a plus.
• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a natural "people person" — relationship-building is key
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of responsibility
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience
• Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or customer-facing roles is an advantage
• Comfortable using office tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite
