Mayna, a residential brand under Novo Invest based in Barcelona, seeks a Community & Operations Coordinator to oversee daily property operations, engage with tenants from leasing to move-out, and uphold premium service standards.

You will coordinate with maintenance teams, document processes, and contribute ideas to improve the resident experience. Fluent English and Spanish, a Bachelor's, and 3+ years in hospitality or similar fields are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of professional experience.
• Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Hospitality, property management, or related customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of residential properties with care and professionalism.
• Serve as primary contact for tenants from leasing through move-out.
• Build lasting relationships with residents to deliver outstanding service.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers.
• Monitor, escalate, and resolve operational issues in a timely, organized manner.
• Maintain accurate records and internal systems.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and tenant experience.
