Job summary

CloudKitchens is seeking an Operations Manager based in Madrid to oversee daily operations, facility maintenance, partner onboarding, and deliver exceptional customer support. You will lead the local team, manage KPI reporting, and work with procurement to drive profitability while ensuring safety and compliance across the facility. This role requires bilingual Spanish and English communication and a hands-on leadership style. Office-based, five days a week in Madrid.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Operations, Supply Chain and/or facility maintenance.
• Fluent in Spanish and English with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem-solve independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and facility maintenance in Madrid.
• Onboard new restaurant partners and manage onboarding processes.
• Lead the facility team, scheduling, training, and performance.
• Monitor KPI metrics, report to management, and support planning.
• Coordinate with procurement to control costs and improve profitability.
• Ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance in the facility.
