Job summary

CloudKitchens Madrid is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily facility operations, maintenance, partner onboarding, and top-level support for restaurant partners.

You will lead a team, manage scheduling, training and performance, optimize order fulfillment, and contribute to KPI reporting, cost control and profitability while maintaining safety and compliance.

Fluent Spanish and English are required; you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with strong ownership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 year experience in Operations, Supply Chain and/or facility maintenance.
• Articulately communicate in Spanish and English.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and composure in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to problem solve independently.
• Strategic and analytical mindset.
• High degree of integrity, autonomy and ownership.
• Open availability and flexibility.
• Demand for online food delivery is growing quickly in global markets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations and maintenance.
• Onboard new restaurant partners and manage onboarding process.
• Lead and train a facility team, scheduling, and performance management.
• Manage an automated order fulfillment process and ensure customer service.
• Monitor KPI metrics and report to management; manage facility P&L.
• Coordinate with procurement for cost control and supplier relationships.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and maintain cleaning standards.
