Impress, Europe’s leading health-tech innovator, is seeking an Operations Intern based in Barcelona to join the Care Operations team. You’ll deliver an excellent customer experience to every patient and manage calls, emails, and meetings to keep patients happy.

This on-site role requires fluent Spanish and English, prior customer service experience, and the ability to arrange an internship convenio with your university for a 6-month program.

Formación

• Spanish and English proficiency required.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Ability to arrange internship agreement with university (convenio de prácticas).

Responsabilidades

• Deliver an excellent customer experience to each patient across channels.
• Ensure every call, email, and meeting leaves patients happy.
• Engage with patients and build a connection throughout their journey to a perfect smile.
• Provide excellent customer service through video, email, SMS, WhatsApp, and live chat.
• Make calls, book and confirm appointments, and follow up with patients.
• Explain products and guide customers through processes and timelines.
