Job summary

SANVT seeks an Operations & Finance Manager (Chief of Staff) to run the business rhythm, oversee finance, and drive profitability. You will partner with the founder and GM, supporting hiring, onboarding and HR tooling while managing cross‑functional initiatives across Europe from Barcelona.

The role blends finance, operations and people leadership in a fast‑growing direct‑to‑consumer brand with offices in Barcelona and beyond. Fluency in English is required; German/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define operating rhythm: weekly/monthly cycles and blockers.
• Oversee Finance: cash, budgets, P&L, forecasts.
• Develop profitability layer: margins, LTV/CAC, 3-year plan.
• Coordinate with accountants and tax advisors.
• Lead HR: hiring, onboarding, performance reviews; HR tooling.
• Drive strategic projects and admin tasks.

We're a small international team in Barcelona, Porto and Munich and a lot of momentum. WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS Our founder leads brand and growth. We need the person who makes the company run: turning decisions into owners, dates and results, and holding finance and people processes together. You start as Operations & Finance Manager (Chief of Staff), working side by side with the GM.

Operating rhythm: run our weekly and monthly cycle, follow up on commitments, and make sure blockers get solved, not parked. Finance: P&L, cash and budgets across both entities. Build the profitability layer: channel margins, LTV/CAC, and the profit and cash side of our 3-year plan. Work with our accountants and tax advisors. People & HR: hiring, onboarding, the performance review cycle, and HR tooling (Factorial). Strategic projects: business cases and execution for new channels (marketplaces, wholesale, retail tests) and the operational decisions that keep a growing brand healthy. Admin: take the company admin off the team's plate.

Требования:

5–8 years of experience, including at least 2–3 years in an operating role at a start-up, scale-up or consumer (eCommerce) brand. You've built and run things yourself, not only advised on them. Strong with numbers: you can build a cash forecast and a channel P&L yourself. You enjoy follow-through, and you can hold people to commitments with calm firmness, without needing a title to do it. Experience managing people, or the ambition and maturity to do so soon. Fluent English. Будет плюсом: German is a strong plus (DACH is our home market); Spanish is a plus
