AUTIS is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead cross-functional coordination across engineering and manufacturing. You will align mechanical, electrical, control systems, software, and field service to deliver complex automation projects.

The role demands strategic thinking, capacity planning, and strong leadership to optimize resources, develop KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across design, development, manufacturing, integration, and commissioning.

Formación

• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams in project-based environments.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to monitor operational and performance indicators.
• Experience with ERP systems, planning tools, and BI solutions.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Analyzing capacity and workload across departments, including ongoing projects and future forecasts.
• Coordinate with managers/HR on recruitment, training, and staffing needs.
• Facilitate collaboration between technical departments and manage dependencies and priorities.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and translate technical needs into action plans and improvements.
• Develop KPIs related to capacity, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Support Project Management in resource planning and risk assessment.
