Morgan Philips Group is seeking an experienced Plant Director to lead a complex manufacturing operation in Spain, Aragón. The role reports to the Operations Director and focuses on reliability, safety, efficiency and quality across the site.

You will drive performance improvements, develop leadership capabilities, manage budgets and investments, and ensure the organization is equipped to meet future operational challenges in a well-established plant.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field required.
• Postgraduate qualification in Operations Management, Manufacturing, or Business Management valued.
• Proven track record leading manufacturing operations with full operational and financial responsibility.

We are looking for an experienced Plant Director to lead a complex manufacturing operation, driving performance, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Operations Director, the successful candidate will be accountable for the overall performance of the facility, ensuring operational reliability, safety, efficiency, quality, and overall business performance. This role requires a proven manufacturing leader capable of managing complex operations, driving performance improvement, and developing the organizational capabilities required to support future operational requirements.

The successful candidate will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing plant performance, strengthening operational discipline, developing leadership capabilities, and ensuring the organization is equipped to successfully manage increasing operational complexity and future challenges.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline. A postgraduate qualification in Operations Management, Manufacturing, or Business Management will be highly valued.
• Minimum 9 years of leadership experience managing manufacturing operations.
• Proven experience leading complex manufacturing sites with full operational and financial responsibility.
• Strong track record of delivering operational improvements and driving performance in demanding industrial environments.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience managing plant budgets, capital investments, and P&L responsibility.
• Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes, maintenance management, asset reliability, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities, with a proven ability to build, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
• Strategic mindset combined with a hands-­on approach and the ability to operate effectively in complex and dynamic environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-­making, and stakeholder management skills.
