AUTIS is seeking a Product Development & Lifecycle Engineer to join our Product Owners Department. You will define, implement, and improve processes and documentation required for developing products from needs identification through validation, launch, and evolution.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional coordination and traceability, transforming knowledge from multiple technical disciplines into structured standards that scale AUTIS's product development practices.

Formación

Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
Experience in product development environments.
Experience in defining, maintaining, and improving technical processes.
Experience in creation and management of technical documentation.
Ability to coordinate information from multiple technical areas.
Knowledge of product development methodologies and product lifecycle management.
Strong organizational, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of English for international documentation.

Responsabilidades

Define and maintain documentation structure to support product development.
Collaborate with Product Owners to plan new product developments.
Coordinate requirements, deliverables, risks, and dependencies across departments.
Support lifecycle stages from design to validation and launch.
Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and quality.
