Babcock Australasia is seeking a Facilities Coordinator for the Abbotsford site. You will own day-to-day management of the leased site, ensuring a safe, functional and well-maintained workplace and alignment with health and safety requirements.

Reporting to the National Facilities Manager, you will coordinate maintenance, repairs, contractor activity and compliance, while supporting space planning, office layout optimisation and presentation across our operations.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience in facilities coordination, office management or site-based operational support.
• Experience coordinating contractors, maintenance activities and workplace services.
• Experience working in a multi-stakeholder environment, ideally within a corporate or regulated setting.
• Relevant qualifications in Facilities Management, Business Administration or a related discipline desirable, or equivalent demonstrated experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day management of the leased Abbotsford site, ensuring a safe, functional and well-maintained workplace and alignment with health & safety requirements.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, contractor activity and compliance across site operations.
• Support space planning, office layout optimisation and overall site presentation.
• Manage scheduled maintenance, urgent requests, service contracts, documentation and regulatory obligations.
• Support other sites when needed to ensure consistency across operations.
