iGEBC is seeking a capable site operations assistant to manage daily site activities, inventory, and documentation for our construction projects. You will ensure materials and tools are properly received, logged, and stored, while maintaining accurate attendance and site reports.

Formación

• Experience as a warehouseman or jobsite checker, preferably in the construction industry.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and suppliers.
• Keen attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and document daily site activities including manpower, visitor logs, and equipment usage.
• Manage reception and documentation of materials and tools, ensuring they match delivery receipts and are in operational condition.
• Send daily attendance logs and site reports through appropriate communication channels.
• Maintain and update inventory records for materials and tools.
• Perform regular checks to ensure all materials are accounted for and stored properly.
• Organize and oversee withdrawals and returns of construction materials and tools as required.
• Inspect the quality of materials and aggregates delivered to the site and report issues.
• Ensure all site operations comply with safety standards and report incidents.
• Assist in preparing and submitting reports related to site activities, inventory, and incident management.
• Support coordination of material requests and fuel usage documentation for site machinery and vehicles.
• Perform additional tasks as required to support the operations.
