Loyal Guru in Barcelona, ES, is seeking a Customer Success Manager for the Italian market to drive adoption and value from our loyalty platform. This mid-level, on-site role partners with Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts to deliver strategic guidance and measurable outcomes.

You will own onboarding, adoption, and ROI-focused initiatives, with a strong emphasis on renewals and upsell opportunities within a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SaaS B2B customer success or account management.
• Native Spanish; fluent English and French.
• Strong ability to interpret data to guide client decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Italian Enterprise/Mid-Market accounts.
• Guide onboarding and drive platform adoption.
• Plan and execute CRM campaigns for loyalty programs.
• Provide data-driven, proactive recommendations.
• Allocate ~20 hours/month per key account for strategic work.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and renewals.
• Collaborate with Product and Sales on Voice of the Customer.
