Job summary

fonio seeks a Technical Customer Success Manager for the Italian market, based on-site in Barcelona. The role focuses on owning customer success, retention, and expansion through proactive engagement and effective setup of AI agent workflows with SMB clients.

You will coordinate with developers for advanced setups, run regular check-ins, and work from clear playbooks while considering relocation to Vienna for 1–2 months initially.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, Forward Deployment Engineer or a technical client-facing SaaS/B2B role.
• Strong technical understanding — able to read API docs and error logs to troubleshoot Setup issues.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of Italian SMB customers across their full lifecycle.
• Build relationships, surface value, and find new use cases for AI agents.
