Formación
- Minimum 2 years in customer-facing roles such as business development or SDR.
- Experience in sales or upselling to a network of members.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Professional fluency in Italian and English.
- Foundational understanding of AI concepts.
- CRM experience preferred.
