Concentrix is seeking a Report Analyst to develop and maintain operating and client reports in Barcelona. You will analyze performance data, identify trends and risks, and provide insights to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.

The role requires English fluency, strong data interpretation, and experience with BI tools. The position offers full-time hours, a 39-hour week, and a clear pathway for career development.

Formación

• Native level of English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Domo, etc.).
• Ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create, maintain, and automate operational and client reporting.
• Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Monitor KPIs, trends, and business metrics across programs and sites.
• Support business reviews, client meetings, and strategic planning with data-driven analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with reporting standards.
• Partner with Operations, Workforce Management, Quality, and Client Services teams to address reporting needs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and reporting automation.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Support forecasting, capacity planning, and performance management activities.
