adm Indicia in Barcelona is seeking a Business Analyst to connect business needs with data and technology solutions across internal stakeholders and clients. You will gather and translate requirements, map processes and help deliver BI initiatives, reporting, data transformation and process improvements.

This role is based in our Barcelona office with 1–2 days per week on site, offering a collaborative environment in a growing analytics function.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in data/analytics/tech transformation.
• Ability to gather, analyse and document requirements for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience mapping business processes and identifying operational improvements.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills for data-driven decision-making.
• Experience using Jira and producing high-quality project documentation.
• Exposure to SQL, Snowflake, Power BI or similar BI technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Own analytical initiatives from discovery through delivery, improving processes and driving value.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements aligned to project objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define solutions and document requirements across Agile and Waterfall lifecycles.
• Lead workshops and requirements gathering activities to understand challenges and design solutions.
• Map and analyse existing processes to identify inefficiencies and improvements.
• Develop future-state process documentation and support system design.
• Bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders with clear deliverables.
• Support project delivery including estimation, UAT, and defect management.
• Perform data analysis using BI tools and Excel to identify trends and drivers.
• Contribute to standardisation of processes, metrics, and ways of working across clients.
