Concentrix is seeking a Report Analyst onsite in Barcelona to develop, maintain, and analyze operational and business performance reports. You will ensure data accuracy, deliver regular and ad hoc reporting, and provide insights to support efficiency and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have native English, strong analytical skills, and advanced Excel with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Domo). The role offers full-time hours at our Barcelona office with a competitive package.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and reporting automation.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to improve visibility and decision-making.
• Support forecasting, capacity planning, and performance management activities.

What you will do in this role

The Report Analyst is responsible for the development, maintenance, and analysis of operational and business performance reports. This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of data, delivers regular and ad hoc reporting, identifies trends and risks, and provides insights that support operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and strategic objectives.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Native level of English
