AbbVie is seeking a Market Access Value Proposition Lead for Onco-hematology, a people-leader role responsible for defining and driving the value proposition strategy aligned with brand priorities and local healthcare needs in Spain.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage HEOR evidence needs, and coordinate with Pricing, Medical, Regulatory and Government Affairs to maximize patient access to AbbVie's Onco-hematology solutions.

Formación

• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in Market Access, Value Proposition, HEOR, Pricing/Reimbursement, or related roles.
• Proven experience in onco-hematology or specialty care is strongly preferred.
• Experience leading people and projects is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Onco-hematology value proposition strategy and adapt it to portfolio priorities and local context.
• Ensure propositions are supported by clinical, pharmacoeconomic, and outcomes evidence for payers and decision-makers.
• Oversee the execution of access value proposition plans for the portfolio and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
