The role involves launching strategies, lifecycle management, and collaboration with GMMA and country teams.

• Proven leadership and ability to deliver high-quality work in rare diseases.
• Ability to translate science into payer value stories for leadership and stakeholders.
• Experience developing evidence-based value solutions with payers.
• Graduate degree in relevant field such as PhD, PharmD, or economics.
• Extensive rare disease/Haematology market access experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional development of a differentiated value proposition for PNH and HSCT-TMA.
• Incorporate evidence-generation and RWE into value propositions and secure country inputs.
• Support GMMA in PNH lifecycle management and pricing strategy.
• Develop global market access and pricing strategies with country partners.
• Lead P&R risk assessment and mitigation in hematology.
• Prepare pricing frameworks and negotiation tools for market access.
