Alexion, AstraZeneca Rare Disease, seeks a Director to lead global value access, pricing, and reimbursement for Haematology indications, with a focus on PNH and HSCT‑TMA. You will drive evidence-based value propositions and collaborate with GMMA and country teams to optimize patient access.

The role requires leadership across cross-functional teams, HTA expertise, and a proven track record in global payer environments.

Formación

• Demonstrated leadership in rare diseases market access.
• 6+ years of drug development and/or commercialization experience.
• Strong understanding of global payer, HTA and reimbursement environments.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and shape global market access and pricing strategies for haematology indications, including PNH and HSCT-TMA.
• Develop evidence-generation plans and manage payer interactions to support country submissions and negotiations.
• Collaborate with GMMA and country teams to ensure timely lifecycle management and pricing frameworks.
• Advise local teams with strategic updates, tools, and materials for payer discussions.
