SERB is seeking a Key Account Manager Onco-Hematology in Spain. Based in Barcelona, you will promote SERB products, develop key relationships with hematology/oncology healthcare professionals, and drive sales across the Spanish territory.

Regular travel (60–80%) to Northern and Eastern Spain is expected, with strong ties to hospital networks. The ideal candidate has a Masters in life sciences or pharmacy and 5+ years in specialty pharma sales, with fluency in Spanish and good English.

Formación

• Master's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or related field.
• 5+ years of specialty pharma sales experience, ideally in hematology/oncology.
• Strong knowledge of hospital business and the Spanish hospital network.

Responsabilidades

• Promote SERB products and drive sales within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with medical and marketing teams to influence guidelines and product positioning.
