Alexion, AstraZeneca Rare Disease, Barcelona-based leader in Haematology, seeks a Director to lead global value access and pricing. You will shape market access for PNH and HSCT-TMA, coordinate evidence plans, and drive payer strategies across key markets.

The role emphasizes global HTA insights, lifecycle management, and cross-functional leadership. The candidate should bring a graduate degree and 6+ years in drug development or commercialization, with deep payer experience in rare diseases.

Formación

• Demonstrated leadership and initiative in rare diseases evidence.
• Ability to translate science into a compelling payer value story for leadership.
• Experience developing evidence-based innovative value solutions with payers in EU/US.
• Highly specialized rare disease/Haematology market access experience.
• 6+ years in drug development and/or commercialization in pharma/medical industry.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global market access and pricing strategies for Haematology with country alignment.
• Oversee payer/HTA requirements and lifecycle management for PNH/HSCT-TMA.
• Develop and roll out value, access and pricing materials for local submissions and negotiations.
• Collaborate with GMMA and Expansion Markets to support P&R submissions.
• Represent GVAP in cross-functional teams and influence global payer strategy.
