HBX Group is seeking a Planning and Performance Analyst to monitor, analyse, and improve business performance by turning data into actionable insights. You will work with stakeholders across the organisation to support strategic initiatives and develop robust performance tracking methodologies.

You will design dashboards, standardise reporting, and translate complex data into clear recommendations for top management.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree required.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Standardise business performance reporting by creating dashboards.
• Develop, target and track KPIs.
• Ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for performance improvement.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to answer business questions.
• Understand drivers behind results, not just reports.
• Collaborate on strategic projects and initiatives.
