HBX Group, headquartered in Palma, Mallorca, is seeking a highly analytical Senior Analyst to join the Finance Business Partner team supporting the Sourcing organization. You will analyze trading performance, identify key drivers and translate data into actionable insights.

You will partner with Sourcing, Trading Hub and Finance to deliver robust forecasts and actionable recommendations, using SQL/Python and Tableau to drive decisions.

Formación

• 2–5 years of experience in Business analytics or related finance roles.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong BI and data visualization skills, especially Tableau.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; SQL and Python helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Own analysis of business performance across regions and products with clear drivers.
• Develop dashboards and automated reporting to improve decision-making.
• Support Budget and Forecast processes with robust assumptions.
• Analyze performance vs Budget/Forecast and prior year for insights.
• Partner with Sourcing, Pricing and Trading Hub to provide insights.
