HBX Group, the world’s leading technology partner in travel, seeks a highly analytical Senior Analyst to join the Finance Business Partner team supporting the Sourcing organization. You will partner with Sourcing, Trading Hub and Finance to deliver performance analysis, robust forecasts and actionable recommendations.

Utilize SQL, Python and BI tools to build dashboards, analyze market dynamics, and support budgeting processes.

Formación

• 2–5 years in business analytics or similar.
• Strong BI and data visualization experience.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own analysis of regional, product, and segment performance.
• Create dashboards and automated reports with SQL and Python.
• Support Budget and Forecast processes with robust assumptions.
• Analyze performance vs Budget, Forecast, and Prior Year.
• Partner with Sourcing, Pricing, and Trading Hub for insights.
• Develop scenario planning and sensitivity analyses.
• Identify risks and opportunities; deliver actionable recommendations.
• Deliver regular reporting to Finance, Commercial and Senior Management.
