HBX Group is seeking a highly analytical Senior Analyst to join the Finance Business Partner team supporting the Sourcing organization. You will analyze trading performance, identify drivers and translate data into actionable insights to support forecasting and decision-making.

The role sits at the intersection of Data, Finance and Commercial, partnering with Sourcing, Trading Hub and Finance stakeholders to deliver performance analysis and robust projections.

Formación

• 2–5 years of experience in business analytics or similar analytical roles.
• Ability to understand financial and operational data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Strong experience with BI tools and data visualization, particularly Tableau.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong SQL skills; Python is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
• Fluent English; Spanish is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Own analysis of business performance across regions, products and segments.
• Develop dashboards and automated reporting using SQL and Python.
• Support Budget and Forecast processes with robust assumptions and projections.
• Analyze performance against Budget, Forecast and Prior Year and identify key drivers.
• Provide insights into topline evolution, margins and profitability drivers.
• Develop scenario planning and sensitivity analyses for business decisions.
• Identify risks and opportunities and translate findings into recommendations.
• Deliver regular and ad-hoc analyses to Finance, Commercial and Senior Management.
