You will design dashboards, standardise reporting, and translate complex data into clear recommendations for top management.

Job summary

The Planning and Performance Analyst will play a key role in monitoring, analysing, and improving business performance by transforming data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, they will support strategic initiatives, develop performance tracking methodologies, and enable informed decision-making at all levels of the business. To do this well, they will need to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to digest complex information and deliver clear, actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Standardisation of business performance reporting by creating insightful and user-friendly dashboards
• Responsible for developing, targeting and tracking KPIs
• Ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency
• Translate data into actionable recommendations
• Identify business performance improvement opportunities
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to answer business questions
• Understand the drivers behind results rather than just reporting them
• Collaborate and support in the development of strategic projects & initiatives
• Communicate effectively across a diverse set of teams and audiences (including senior management)
• Develop presentations with conceptual and/or quantitative analysis that facilitate top management decision making
• Support data quality initiatives
• Be responsible to deliver work with tight deadlines and high levels of pressurefeat-ty
• Work with uncertainty and limited information
• Abstract information to be clearly summarized for top management to make decisions

Skills & Experience

• University degree Bachelor or Master
• Prior experience in a similar role
• Curious, proactive & can-do attitude with proven problem-solving skills
• Personal sense of diligence in order to prioritize & deliver workload
• Excellent inter-personal communication skills and ability to work with employees at all levels and functions, especially with senior stakeholders
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks
• Tenacity, pro-activity and the confidence to challenge information and processes that do not make sense
• Strong analytical skills with a data driven mindset
• Good communication skills / interpersonal skills (exposure to a vast pool of stakeholders including top management)
• Fluent English, speaking Spanish a bonus
