HBX Group is seeking a Distribution Performance Manager to lead analytics, forecasting, and governance across Wholesale and Retail. You will build and refine performance dashboards, transform complex data into insights, and support senior decision-making.

You will manage a small team of analysts, drive process improvements, and partner with Finance, Data, and Tech to ensure data integrity and efficient reporting. Fluency in English required.

Formación

• Proven experience in Performance Management, Business Analytics, or a similar role.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience creating dashboards and forecasting models for executives.

Responsabilidades

• Own and enhance the Distribution performance management framework across Wholesale and Retail channels.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting suites, and forecasting tools used in planning cycles.
• Lead a team of analysts and ensure data quality and governance across reports.
