Amazon is seeking an IT Support Engineer to keep the IT infrastructure in our operations running smoothly. Based on site in Spain, you will troubleshoot issues, support end-user equipment, and assist with the IT setup of new buildings, helping to deploy projects that keep our warehouses running at peak speed.

You will train and mentor IT technicians, collaborate with cross-site teams, and contribute to IT processes that improve performance. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential to succeed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent.
• Experience troubleshooting issues and root cause analysis.
• Experience in IT client, server, and network service delivery.
• Experience with networking technology (TCP/IP, subnetting, DNS and DHCP).
• Experience supporting Windows, Mac and/or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting.
• Valid EU driver's license.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish (C1) and English (B2), verbally and in writing.
