Job summary

NUMA in Barcelona is seeking a hands-on Operations Leader to define data-driven gameplans, elevate guest experiences, and manage a team across multiple properties. You will stay on-site, driving daily operations and ensuring brand standards.

You will oversee maintenance, capex projects, budgets, and collaborate with Guest Experience, Tech and Finance to optimize financial health and performance across locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management, operations, or facility management.
• Proven track record leading or supervising a team.
• Fluent in English; additional languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Define & drive data-led gameplans to optimize operations.
• Elevate quality standards and oversee maintenance across properties.
• Execute capex and facility management projects and relationships with contractors.
• Lead and empower on-site teams of Operations Coordinators.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Guest Experience, Tech, and Finance.
• Assist in managing invoices, budgets, and financials for properties.
