SLS Barcelona, part of Ennismore, is seeking a Director of Operations to lead the day-to-day hotel operations and partner with Rooms Division, F&B and Spa & Wellness to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This hands‑on leadership role requires full flexibility, including evenings and weekends, to maintain service excellence across all touchpoints and drive financial and operational success.

• Drive consistency, efficiency, and service excellence across all touchpoints.
• Be present on the floor during peak periods, including evenings and weekends.
• Translate strategic objectives into operational plans aligned with brand standards and financial goals.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Rooms Division, F&B and Spa & Wellness leaders to ensure seamless daily delivery.
• Collaborate with the Executive Committee to meet KPIs and service standards.
• Act as escalation point for operational issues across departments, around the clock.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations and best practices.
• Monitor costs, productivity and guest satisfaction to drive profitability and improvements.
