Aristocrat Leisure, a world leader in Gaming & Entertainment, seeks an ambitious Operations Manager for the EUIC in Barcelona. The role focuses on day-to-day operations, budget tracking, and driving efficiency across manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing.

You will build cross-functional relationships with regional leaders and global resources to align priorities and ensure readiness to meet customer demand while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or operations management.
• Experience leading operational teams with performance management and capability development.
• Experience in a European operations setting, preferably within manufacturing, integration, logistics, fulfillment, or regulated gaming technology activities.
• Strong communication and collaborator management skills, with the ability to engage direct teams and cross-functional partners while promoting collaboration and accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operational performance, including budget tracking, productivity, workflow efficiency, and team performance.
• Build strong relationships with local and regional leaders across functions, as well as global resources, to align priorities and ensure efficient execution.
• Communicate proactively with key collaborators and direct teams to ensure clear understanding of priorities, expectations, risks, and actions.
• Identify and implement guidelines across manufacturing, fulfillment, warehousing, and logistics processes.
• Support European sales and operations planning by ensuring EUIC operational readiness to meet demand and service expectations.
• Coordinate general operations of the EUIC, including production, logistics, facilities and maintenance, inventory control, customer service, and regional fulfillment activities.
• Translate regional operational plans into clear team objectives, measurable benchmarks, and continuous improvement actions.

Educación

Degree or equivalent experience in Business Management, Logistics, Warehousing, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
