Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ progressive experience in event planning and management.
• 6+ years’ experience leading teams, including development of full-time, direct reports.
• Direct experience owning and managing budgets of at least 70M USD combined or 8M USD singular.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Proficient computer skills including Excel, CRM software, and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage guest experience and event delivery for 25+ events annually (200–12,000 guests per event).
• Oversee planning, on-site delivery, and end-to-end event operations (transportation, hotels, hospitality, experiences, safety, and on-site plan).
• Develop relationships with departments, vendors, and partners to support event planning and delivery.
• Provide team leadership, coaching, and succession planning for direct and indirect reports.
• Manage the operational budget for assigned events and align with sales projections.
