Free2move is seeking a motivated student or recent graduate for a 6-month paid internship in Madrid, working on CRM, lifecycle marketing and data-driven campaigns. You will collaborate with Marketing, Data and Customer Experience teams in an international, fast-paced setting.

Starting ASAP with 40 hours per week, on-site at our Madrid office. You will gain hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM platforms, while developing analytical skills and problem solving in a real-world

Formación

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, CRM, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of CRM and customer lifecycle management principles.
• Strong interest in data-driven marketing and customer engagement.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support the end-to-end customer lifecycle, from acquisition and activation to engagement, retention and loyalty.
• Analyze customer data and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities and friction points.
• Support the creation, optimization and monitoring of automated customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at increasing Monthly Driving Users (MDU) and customer engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance at city level and identify opportunities for local optimization.
• Support the personalization of CRM campaigns to improve engagement and reduce unsubscribe rates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective CRM solutions.
