Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a CRM/Marketing professional in Madrid. You will drive activation of customer data across email, push, and in-app channels to deliver personalized, lifecycle-based communications.

You’ll refine multi-channel campaigns, optimize retention strategies, and collaborate on Salesforce Marketing Cloud setups. The role requires 2–3 years in digital marketing/CRM, SQL/AMPScript knowledge, and fluent English.

Formación

• 2–3 years of digital marketing and CRM experience.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of SQL and AMPScript.
• Ability to leverage customer data for insights.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Experience with A/B testing and dynamic templates.

Responsabilidades

• Activate customer data to develop and execute an end-to-end CRM strategy across email, push, and in-app messages.
• Refine multi-channel communications and retention strategies to improve customer experience.
• Support campaign setup and user journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Define and track campaign metrics and own weekly/monthly reporting and insights.
