Formación

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
• Specialization in Sales or Customer Relations is a plus.
• Fluent French and good English (minimum B2) required.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound car rental and mobility requests from customers.
• Identify needs and propose the most suitable rental solutions.
• Support customers through the booking process and ensure a great experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate customer and booking information in CRM.
