Freenow is seeking a Senior CRM Manager to drive data-driven lifecycle marketing across its global user base. You will own end-to-end CRM automation, define lifecycle strategies and maintain alignment with Marketing, Product and regional teams.

Your role includes coaching junior staff and leading cross-functional projects to optimize the customer journey. Excellent communication in English is required, with strong project and stakeholder management skills.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or customer engagement.
• Strong data-driven mindset using quantitative & qualitative insights.
• Ability to lead and influence across teams, markets and time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement lifecycle strategies to activate, engage and retain users across markets.
• Own end-to-end automation creation from ideation to execution across multiple channels.
• Advise and coach junior team members on CRM best practices.
• Optimize performance using behavioural data and A/B tests; reduce friction in journeys.
• Lead cross-functional projects like dashboards, lifecycle segmentation and experimentation frameworks.
• Manage CRM automations and align communications with lifecycle stages and priorities.
• Identify business opportunities and collaborate with Marketing, Product and regional teams.
