Baker McKenzie Madrid is seeking an Office Talent Lead / HR Generalist to be the central HR contact for Business Professionals in the office and to advise leadership on HR matters. You will drive employee experience, oversee career development and compensation processes, manage day-to-day HR operations, and collaborate with the Market Talent Lead and ID&E teams to implement local HR initiatives.

Fluent Spanish and English are required, and experience with SAP SuccessFactors is desirable.

Formación

• Higher education qualification focused on HR.
• Strong generalist HR experience in talent management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
• Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide a high level of service.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the employee experience for Business Professionals, aligned with the Function strategy.
• Oversee career development including evaluations, promotions and performance management.
• Lead compensation processes for all employees up to Local Partners.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations and payroll notifications.
• Manage day-to-day HR operational matters and be the local point of contact for employees and managers.
• Collaborate with Market Talent Lead and local Talent Team in Southern Europe.
• Contribute to mobilities and secondments with relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (ID&E) team.
• Own and implement various local HR initiatives.
• Advise employees and managers on ongoing HR-related matters.
